Mechanism of action and efficacy

As a new type of low-temperature oxygen-based bleaching enzyme activator, cold bleaching enzyme uses special oxidase to catalyze peroxide, react and decompose to release active oxygen in water temperatures above 15~55℃, thereby achieving the effects of energy saving, efficient bleaching and safe washing.
At the same time, the combination of high-efficiency fungicides in the activated enzyme helps to improve the decontamination, stain removal, sterilization, color retention and brightening functions of the oxygen bleaching and washing system. The biodegradation of enzymes does not cause any harm to the environment and can be used in various detergent formulations. It will not affect the use of detergent additives such as silicates, whitening agents and other enzyme preparations, and can improve the whiteness of fabrics.

Conditions and methods of use

This product has a good pH value and temperature range, and has various adaptability conditions required for washing. Mix with detergent before use
Mix the appropriate amount at room temperature and then wash the fabric. Recommended dosage: 1.5~3.5% (w/w) civilian powder detergent 3.0% (w/w) industrial powder detergent, equivalent to cold bleaching enzyme: peroxide = 1:30 Washing time: 15～20min main wash Washing temperature: 15℃～55℃ (optimum 40℃)

Packaging and storage

25 kg plastic drum (HDPE), can also be customized according to customer requirements It is recommended to store in a sealed container in a cool and dry environment (2-25°C) away from direct sunlight. Storage at low temperatures will help extend the service life of enzyme preparations.

Safety and Operations

This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided as much as possible. Ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, and mouth should be avoided. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
