Mechanism of action and efficacy

Protease can break down proteins into soluble peptides and then into amino acids.
It can hydrolyze protein stains (such as blood, milk, egg, meat, grass stains, sweat stains and other secretions) into soluble small molecular substances or substances that are easily dispersed in the washing liquid, thereby effectively improving the detergent's decontamination effect on protein stains.
At the same time, it can reduce the amount of chemical surfactants and additives, save energy and reduce emissions, and contribute to environmental protection; the washing conditions are mild and the service life of the fabric is extended.

Application conditions

This product has a good pH value and temperature range, and is suitable for fabric powder detergents with a wide pH value activity range (6.5~11.5, the best pH is around 11). It can exert the effect of enzymes in a wide temperature range, and also has good results under low-temperature washing conditions (15℃~60℃, the best is around 55℃).


How to use

Add an appropriate amount of alkaline protease particles to the powder detergent, stir and mix evenly at room temperature, and then use. A lower dosage of alkaline protease can effectively improve the detergent's decontamination effect on protein stains. Recommended dosage of APG1120: 0.3~1.0% (w/w) of detergent weight;

2.5~5.0% (w/w) weight of dishwashing detergent (automatic dishwasher) APG1125 recommended dosage: 0.2~1.0% (w/w) weight of dishwashing detergent; 2.0~4.5% (w/w) weight of dishwashing detergent (automatic dishwasher)

The specific dosage depends on the actual usage. It is recommended to conduct laboratory tests before production to determine the optimal dosage.


Packaging and storage

25 kg plastic drum (HDPE), can also be customized according to customer requirements It is recommended to store in a sealed container in a cool and dry environment (2-25°C) away from direct sunlight. Storage at low temperatures will help extend the service life of enzyme preparations.


Safety and Operations

This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided as much as possible. Ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, and mouth should be avoided. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
If leakage occurs, please flush with water immediately
After opening, please seal and store in time if not used up.
