Mechanism of action and efficacy

Protease can break down proteins into soluble peptides and then into amino acids. It can hydrolyze protein stains into soluble small molecular substances or substances that are easily dispersed in the washing liquid, thereby effectively improving the detergent's decontamination effect on protein stains (blood, milk, eggs, meat, grass stains, etc.).

Amylase first breaks down starch into soluble short-chain dextrins and low-molecular-weight sugars, and then into water-soluble glucose. It can comprehensively remove starch stains and various starch mixed stains formed by food (condiments, baby food, desserts, etc.).

Mannanase can decompose mannan into water-soluble small molecule sugars, which can effectively remove guar gum and locust bean gum stains left by processed foods (salad dressing, ice cream, etc.) and personal care products (moisturizing lotion, toothpaste, etc.).

Cellulase can provide smooth finishing to fabrics under moderately alkaline conditions.
