Alkaline amylase is an α-amylase produced by the fermentation of Aspergillus microorganisms. It can hydrolyze the α-1,4-glucosidic bond in the amylase and cut the starch into short-chain dextrins and a small amount of low-molecular sugars.
Mechanism of action and efficacy
The amylase in alkaline amylase can first decompose starch into soluble short-chain dextrins and low-molecular sugars, and then degrade it into water-soluble glucose. These degrade into soluble small molecules or dirt substances that are easily dispersed in the washing liquid, and are easily removed by washing under the action of mechanical external forces. Widely used in fabric detergents and dishwashing detergents.
Features
Appearance: light brown liquid
Odor: slight fermentation smell
Application conditions
Application temperature: 30℃~50℃
Application PH: 6.0~10.0
How to use
Dosage: 0.2% ~ 1.0% (w/w) detergent weight Due to the differences in raw material composition and process parameters of each factory, the actual adding method and amount of this product should be determined through experiments.
Packaging and storage
25 kg plastic drum (HDPE), can also be customized according to customer requirements It is recommended to store in a sealed container in a cool and dry environment (2-25°C) away from direct sunlight. Storage at low temperatures will help extend the service life of enzyme preparations.
Safety and Operations
This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation.
However, unnecessary contact with the product should be
avoided as much as possible. Ingestion or splashing into the
eyes, nose, and mouth should be avoided. If it comes into
contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean
water.
If leakage occurs, please flush with water immediately
After opening, please seal and store in time if not used up.
